Senior Software Engineer (inContact, Inc.; Sandy, UT): Work as a member of an agile team to design, develop, and enhance customer experience platform software products and features. Follow an agile development cycle with 2-week sprints to ship changes iteratively. Use git for source control and GitHub for code reviews. Refactor legacy code into modern application patterns. Conduct unit testing. Resolve defects encountered during the QA cycle. Support the production environment and assist other developers in a team environment utilizing agile development processes. Mentor junior staff members and propose cross disciplinary architectural solutions to difficult problems.
Minimum requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Must have experience with the following:

- resolving defects encountered during the QA cycle;
