As a Senior Software Engineer, in this role you will:
- Design, build and operate cloud-native services, APIs and data products that support Party Match, Party Merge and Customer Master Data capabilities.
- Deliver scalable, secure and resilient solutions that enable accurate customer identity resolution and enterprise customer data management.
- Contribute to modern service-oriented, domain-driven and event-driven architectures.
- Build and maintain workflow-driven services that orchestrate customer data lifecycle events and business processes. Experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal would be advantageous.
- Develop high-quality software using engineering best practices, including automated testing, CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews and complex problem-solving activities.
- Champion engineering excellence across observability, performance, security, reliability and operational readiness.
- Support the modernisation of legacy platforms and drive adoption of cloud-native technologies and engineering patterns.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, data engineers and platform teams to deliver customer data solutions.
- Mentor engineers, promote knowledge sharing and contribute to uplifting engineering capability across the squad.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive innovation through emerging technologies, automation and AI-enabled engineering practices.
