Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Database technologies, Performance Tuning, and Performance Engineering practices. The role requires hands-on experience in identifying performance bottlenecks, improving application scalability, and ensuring high availability of mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Define and implement performance engineering strategies throughout the SDLC.
- Conduct performance analysis, benchmarking, load testing, stress testing, and capacity planning.
- Identify and resolve application, database, JVM, and infrastructure performance bottlenecks.
- Optimize application performance through code profiling, memory management, caching, and query tuning.
- Analyze system metrics, logs, thread dumps, heap dumps, and GC logs to troubleshoot performance issues.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure performance requirements are met.
- Establish performance baselines, SLAs, and monitoring frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvements in system scalability, resiliency, and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote performance engineering best practices across teams.
