As a Senior Software Engineer you will:
be leading the development of Digital Products running on the Xcelerate One Compose Platform (across different areas of P&G Supply Chain: WH, Manufacturing, Transportation)
be owning the technical design, all the way to the release to production of the products
work hands on with Data Engineers, Data Scientist, and outside resources to address specific challenges
be part of a team of software engineers also working on composable solution
leverage Agile and DevOps practices to build IT solutions, while understanding the business delivered
lead a development teams owning the Sprint Backlogs
continuously look for opportunities to create more efficient DevOps processes and work hand-in-hand with Operations Engineers to improve flow between Development and Operations to deliver value faster.
Job Qualifications
5+ years experience in Software Development with demonstrated proficiency in at least one of Python, C#
Familiarity with Azure technologies
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Familiar and knowledgeable of Scrum and DevOps methodologies
Familiar with GitHub or other source code repositories
Has knowledge /familiar with using CI/CD tools (such as GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, etc.)
Strong track recorder for understanding business problems and development technical solutions
Ability to guide and coach others in development solutions
Prior experience in the Product Supply and ideally Manufacturing space is a plus
Experience with Agile Software Development with a proven track record of delivering solutions as part of an agile team
Experience with Test driven development
