About you:
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our Global Technology Service team and contribute to the development of robust, scalable full stack solutions across our product suite. You will work on meaningful technical challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help maintain our engineering excellence standards. You should have a strong understanding of AI-assisted development tools and be ready to leverage them to improve code quality and development velocity.
Day-to-day, you will:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack features across front-end and back-end systems, following engineering best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and engineers to deliver high-quality, user-focused software, while contributing to technical design discussions and code reviews.
Leverage AI-powered development tools, identify and address technical debt, and continuously improve code quality and system maintainability.
Support software delivery and operations through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure enhancements, incident response, and troubleshooting.
Ai Tools — What we're looking for
Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude in a professional setting
Demonstrated ability to write effective prompts for code generation, debugging, and documentation tasks
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows; certification is a plus (e.g. Microsoft AI, Google AI Essentials, DeepLearning.AI)
Understanding of the limitations, risks, and responsible use of AI-generated code in production environments
Your skills and experiences might also include:
5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong full-stack development background covering both front-end and back-end technologies.
Hands-on experience with cloud deployment platforms such as AWS or Azure, including building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and modern software development practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to have
Experience in a SaaS or product-led engineering team
Background in customer ordering, CRM, or product catalogue / SKU management
Experience with GraphQL or event-driven architecture
