At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. We are looking for Senior Software Engineer in Test to join our international development team that works on Jamf Protect product.
The Senior Software Engineer in Test will participate in agile delivery events providing tests and the framework to assist in delivering software with high quality and reliability to our customers. They will lead others in the agile team to break down problems and apply the appropriate designs and practices to build our product. They'll use this knowledge to mentor and coach others while delivering new components and features with high quality and reliability.

Leveraging native Apple security tools and analysis of macOS system events, Jamf Protect creates Mac-focused telemetry and on-device detections that empower enterprise security teams to identify threats. With unparalleled visibility into their Mac devices and real-time measurement against CIS benchmarks, organizations can improve their security posture to keep both users and data secure.

This role is offered as hybrid. We are only able to accept applications for those based in the Czech Republic and have sponsorship to live and work in the Czech Republic. #LI-Hybrid
What you can expect to do in this role:
- Build and maintain the framework that supports further automation of test.
- Develop and execute test case scenarios for new or evolving features across web and macOS applications.
- Assists development team to build and support the automation of unit, functional, integration and systems testing.
- Helping with product discovery.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts with others in the organization (Technical Communication, Support, Product, and Cloud).
- Mentor and train junior engineers on the team.
What we are looking for:
- min. 5 years of experience in testing, understanding of testing and quality assurance processes,
- experience with test automation,
- good knowledge of ideally one of following programming language: Python, Swift, Javascript, Java,
- if you have experience in macOS world, it would be beneficial,
- experience within an agile organization,
- fluency in spoken English,
- ability to work in an international team,
- be a good team player, passionate about what you do.
