In this role you will
- You will design, develop and test new features and microservices for our backend (PHP/Symfony)
- As part of our agile development team, you will increase the quality, performance, stability and scalability of our products
- You will help our cross-functional teams grow, and you can get creative when it comes to setting up new structures and development processes
- You will be able to mentor and coach other web developers who are not as experienced as you
What you will bring
- As a backend developer you are proficient with PHP 8, Symfony 4/5, REST APIs and MySQL (or related databases)
- Unit testing is a given for you, you know about TDD
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS) is a plus
- You are familiar with concepts like SOLID, KISS and Clean Code
- You love agile methods and thrive in a team environment
