What you’ll do- Lead by example writing clean, scalable code that sets the standard for excellence
- Design and build impactful features that power our financial services platform
- Contribute to architectural decisions and influence technical direction
- Mentor and uplift fellow engineers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
- Continuously improve team processes, delivery, and engineering quality
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative thinking to the team
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong expertise in PHP and modern frameworks
- Solid understanding of web architecture, OOP, and design principles (SOLID)
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern Git workflows
- Exposure to microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Database experience (migration, transformation, scripting)
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS or similar)
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and growing others
- Strong problem-solving skills with a business-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptability and curiosity in a fast-evolving tech landscape
