Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

Job Brief
We are looking for a strong Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with SaaS-based development experience to join our team in the development of innovative products that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the CTO as a senior member of the innovation team, you will be responsible for;

• Development of our middle tier services and backend SQL database working within a scrum environment to deliver innovative software solutions that meet the needs of our customers in a timely fashion
  and of high quality.
• Developing and improving the software as an active senior developer within the scrum team.
• Being a mentor to junior members of the team to help nurture their talent and develop their skills.
• Ensuring ongoing support for the DevOps processes to ensure seamless transition from development into production.

 
Required Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 9 years’ relevant experience in senior software development role with strong full stack experience including C#, technologies
• Strong and advanced skills on developing on SQL Server beyond JOINS eg functions, stored procs etc.
• Will have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Azure environment including Azure Functions, Table and Blob Storage etc.
• Come from a financial services background with strong experience in the areas of customer onboarding, AML, KYC, fraud, financial crime risk management and EDD/CDD.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A proven track record of delivering software products that meet customer needs and business goals, using agile and lean methodologies within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• A passion for coding, data, innovation, and customer-centricity, and a curiosity to learn and explore new technologies and opportunities.
• Be hands on, involved in all aspects of the delivery process especially in ensuring software quality and timeliness of delivery.
• Designing and developing cloud scale SaaS solutions.
• Use of agile methodologies (Kanban, SCRUM) and running of ceremonies (reviews, planning, retrospectives etc.).
• An ideal candidate will have full stack skills covering front end web development skills including: Angular 17+ and TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SASS, and JavaScript.
• Experience and current use of Github CoPilot.
