• Location:  Bangalore/Hyderabad - Hybrid
• Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

Chubb is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET, Angular, MS SQL Server and Azure. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, lead a high-performing team, and deliver robust solutions for our insurance platforms. Insurance industry experience is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack engineers, fostering a culture of craftsmanship and continuous improvement
• Design, and implement scalable web applications using .NET, Angular, and MS SQL Server
• Implement CI/CD pipelines leveraging DevOps tools and Jenkins.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions
• Drive adoption of best practices in software engineering
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
• (Preferred) Apply insurance domain knowledge to solution design and delivery
• (Good to have) Integrate and manage IAM solutions, especially Azure AD B2C

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
• Strong proficiency in .NET (C#), Angular, and MS SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
• Proven track record in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline setup (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred:

• Insurance industry experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
