Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Windows user applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Maintain the codebase and refactor old codebases to C# and .NET
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Extensive professional experience in software engineering, demonstrating senior-level capability
Extensive experience developing Windows user applications.
Experience working in a matrix hierarchical environmen
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
Strong knowledge of MS SQL and Git.
Basic knowledge of power transformers is an advantage
Experience with FORTRAN and Visual Basic is an advantage
Experience working with different ERP systems is an advantag
Languages:
Fluent in English
Knowledge of German and French is an advantage.
