Position: Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d)
Location: Available to candidates located in Poland
We invite an experienced Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) to ASF team. You will work in a cross-functional team that develops reliable and scalable solutions using Aras Innovator infrastructure to meet the business requirements and needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Collaborating with the Product Owner to create and refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
🔹 Participating in 3-month rough planning and defining iteration (sprint) goals
🔹 Engaging in research and prototyping
🔹 Working closely with product architects to refine technical solutions
🔹 Applying best design and coding practices to create high-quality components
🔹 Developing solutions and ensuring iteration goals are met
🔹 Writing automated tests to ensure code quality
🔹 Participating in code reviews to maintain high standards
🔹 Continuously improving team processes
🔹 Promoting knowledge sharing across the team and beyond

- .NET and C# development experience
- JavaScript and TypeScript development experience

- Knowledge of software development processes (estimation, development flow)
- Experience writing automated tests and participating in code reviews
- Experience with AI-assisted development and LLM fundamentals
- Strong collaboration, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Must be eligible to work in Poland
