We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing, supporting, and
improving moderate to high complexity test systems for aerospace products. You will be responsible for providing software solutions for test systems and contributing to process improvements within the department.
Design, support, improve, and test moderate to high complexity End-Of-Line test systems, ensuring designs meet testability and reliability criteria
Plan, schedule, and coordinate the detailed phases of test projects
Contribute to the creation and evaluation of test system requirements, test strategies, and provide estimates for new test software

Oversees and manages advanced software engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery
Establishes and maintains software development standards and methodologies to optimize performance and ensure high quality code
Analyzes and troubleshoots complex software issues, leveraging diverse information sources to implement effective solutions
Provides guidance and support to less experienced engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge sharing environment
Communicates and coordinates with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to drive project success and build consensus on technical solutions
Knowledge of NI VeriStand (Custom Devices development) Knowledge of repository tools (git / bitbucket)
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
More than 4 years of proven experience in a relevant industry
Solid knowledge of phases and processes required for successfully introducing new product into production
Expert knowledge of LabVIEW
Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English and Polish (written and spoken)
Solid knowledge of NI TestStand
Solid knowledge of Python
Nice to have: Experience in Aerospace industry , Knowledge of NI VeriStand (Custom Devices development), Knowledge of repository tools (git / bitbucket)
Salary range from 14 000 to 22 000 PLN gross – depending on experience
