Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable software applications, platforms, and services
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions, contributing to the evolution of platform capabilities and engineering standards
- Build and maintain cloud-native solutions with a focus on reliability, security, performance, and operational excellence
- Develop automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code solutions to improve engineering efficiency and platform stability
- Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and operational tooling to support production workloads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, security, infrastructure, and operations to deliver business outcomes
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure software solutions adhere to established security, compliance, and governance requirements
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices
- Support platform scalability and modernization initiatives through continuous innovation and process improvement
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience
- 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise software applications and distributed systems
- 4+ years of experience strong programming skills in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, GoLang, Python, C# etc.
- 4+ years of experience building solutions on public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- 2+ years of experience of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, testing frameworks, and automation practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and production support activities
- Understanding of software architecture, system design, API development, and microservices patterns
- Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment

Skills Required
