Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a team that is consolidating multiple instances of the application into single instance (.Net Based)
- Establish and control code quality standards, development best practices, defect-free code delivery for the teams
- Enable teams to be successful in modern designs and patterns by providing guidance, mentoring, and code reviews
- Propose and drive automation to reduce efforts of development
- Portfolio management - Hiring, Performance and compensation management of his span, Employee retention
- Manage performance and development of team members, including policy administration, compliance, coaching, disciplinary action and recognition
- Ability to influence team members, peers, customers and stakeholders
- Managing team of 30+ team members

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors (BS / BE) in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production web enabled software in a scaled distributed environment using a variety of modern technologies (.Net, JavaScript, Node, Angular) and a variety of modern database technologies (MS SQL)
- 3+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems, including RESTful web services
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Expertise with public cloud concepts & experience influencing software engineering best practices
- Good understanding of Development processes and tools - Sonar, Jenkins, GitHub, CI / CD
- Thorough understanding of fundamental software engineering and computer science principles: object-oriented design, structured design, databases, algorithms, data structures, usability, debugging, and configuration management
- Flexible to accommodate different time zone across globe
- Proven excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal skills with the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with members of cross departmental teams
- Proven sharp problem-solving skills and ability to resolve ambiguous requirements and drive clarity

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
