Primary Responsibilities:
  • Be able to understand the feature requirements from the product and be able to come up with Technical Solutions keeping in mind the Scalability, Extensibility, Security, Cost etc. Come up with a plan break down the feature in workable stories. Work closely with Product & Development team
  • Proven good written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable presenting to all stake holders
  • Should be a good communicator and can coordinate well with business and other stake holders
  • Work collaboratively with the team and should be able to help others on technical issues or functional questions they might have
  • Be able to own a feature and run through with the team and deliver on agreed upon timelines
  • Be very solid in analyzing & providing complete technical solutions for the given problems
  • Own the applications' technology stack and drive modern solutions to complex problems
  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
  • Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT/Math/Statistics/Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of overall experience in in AI/ML engineering or related fields
  • Hands-on experience on Java, Spring boot, Camunda, Node.js , Next.js, Graphql, Kafka
  • Hands-on experience on React, Typescript, Familiarity with web components/ Parcel component
  • Experience with Snowflake/Big Data for Reporting
  • Actively participate in projects deliverables within the Java Spring Framework, API, Angular, react and Kafka
  • Design and implement AI/ML solutions with a focus on GenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures and LLM evaluation frameworks
  • Solid programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (eg, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications using Azure Services like Azure Document Intelligence Service

  • Experience working in Agile environment

Skills Required

  • Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions focused on GenAI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and LLM evaluation frameworks
  • Solid Python programming skills and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications using Azure Services, including Azure Document Intelligence
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
