Primary Responsibilities:
- Multi Modal AI Bot Development
- Design, build, and maintain multi modal bot capabilities spanning voice and chat experiences, including routing, context management, and escalation paths to live agents
- Implement orchestration components that integrate with model providers and enterprise data sources, supporting channel-consistent experiences across web/mobile/telephony
- Create and maintain automated tests for bot workflows (unit/integration/e2e) and ensure safe, predictable behavior changes through versioned deployments
- SIP / Session & Voice Integration
- Support the design and development of session management environments, contributing to SIP call flow integration and platform capabilities
- Develop and troubleshoot SIP-integrated features (e.g., call routing/transfer patterns, session lifecycle, signaling/metadata handling) in partnership with voice platform teams
- Full Stack Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs; contribute to frontend experiences as needed to deliver end-to-end features
- Participate in the full SDLC: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, release, and support
- Write and maintain unit tests and automated tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production grade applications and services, with ownership across design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Experience developing multi modal AI or bot platforms that span voice and digital channels, including context management and escalation to human agents
- Experience with cloud native architectures, containerization, and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) in support of scalable services
- Experience designing for resiliency, failover, and observability in high availability or customer facing systems
- Familiarity with LLM, speech to text, or text to speech integrations, and applying guardrails, validation, and fallback strategies in AI driven workflows
- Exposure to AI assisted software delivery practices, leveraging approved AI tools across the SDLC while retaining human ownership and accountability
