- Architect, design, and oversee the development of scalable front-end and back-end systems using Angular, React, TypeScript, and Oracle.
- Ensure system reliability and performance through well-architected, high-availability solutions.
- Promote and enforce TDD, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
- Participate in Agile processes—including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to established coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Continuously improve development processes, tools, and methodologies within the team.
- 7+ years of professional, hands-on software engineering experience.
- 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role within an engineering team.
- Proven experience leading small to medium-sized teams in a collaborative environment.
- Deep expertise with Angular / React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Oracle.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
- Solid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, and UNIX environments.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Git, GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong grasp of normalized/dimensional data modeling principles and multiple data storage subsystems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Passion for engineering excellence and continuous learning.
- Ability to balance hands-on coding with strategic leadership.
- Commitment to code quality, testing discipline, and automation.
- Experience working in cloud-based or distributed systems environment.
