Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing for on-prem and cloud applications using best practices, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability
- Assisting in production problem resolution as needed, including occasional off-hour support
- Design and implement product features including reusable components, frameworks and libraries in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
- Demonstrate ability to quickly adapt to and deliver across a diverse technology landscape, ranging from legacy platforms to modern cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions
- Working on projects through the full development life cycle including stakeholder demos and presentations, project scoping and requirements definition, prototyping, development, testing, and deployment
- Foster AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
- Lead and mentor engineering team, driving technical direction, best practices, and a high-performance, collaborative culture

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing applications, databases, developing ETL solutions (Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks) and reporting, working with technologies such as MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Fabric, Cloud, Azure Data Factory.
- 3+ years of experience with any Cloud platform like Azure, AWS or GCP
- 3+ years of experience with frontend and API technologies, including HTMX, React, JavaScript, Golang, RESTful API development, Docker or Kubernetes, .NET/C#
- 1+ years of experience developing services, functions, and patterns using OpenAI technologies and leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Claude
- Solid experience on databases development such as stored procs/views/functions etc
- Experience working in agile methodology
- Proven expert in writing, tuning, and troubleshooting MS SQL queries
- Proven solid communication and collaboration skills
