Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy voice/chat bots using AWS (Amazon Lex, Lambda, Connect)
- Build and manage conversation flows (intents, slots, utterances) for voice interactions
- Integrate bots with APIs, backend systems, and databases for dynamic responses
- Understands LLM different models and has an understanding of evals framework
- Optimize bot performance, accuracy, and user experience using analytics and monitoring (CloudWatch)
- Implement NLU/NLP logic and support multi-turn conversational flows
- Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Support testing, debugging, deployment, and continuous improvements of voice bots

Builder Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on AWS development
- Solid experience in Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and integrations
- Experience building IVR / voice bots / conversational AI solutions
- Good understanding of NLP/NLU, intent modeling, and conversational design
- Proficiency in Typescript / Node.js / Java for backend development
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect or telephony integrations
- Knowledge of CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and cloud best practices
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
