Our Client's product is in a challenging situation with a high acceleration in commercial traction, the Senior Engineer will need to help on driving evolution linked to quality and scalability.
We are looking for an open minded strong Software Engineer that helps our Client to evolve to the next stage. Their product has evolved from an open source software core, to a complex and Enterprise customer oriented solution, that evolution has brought many technical challenges.
General requirements:
- The candidate must have worked in a variety companies and different architectures, to ensure wide experience in different technologies and contexts.
- The candidate must have Product mindset, not just technical strength, he/she needs to understand customer and product needs to drive technical challenges appropriately.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Software Engineering.
- Excellence in Go.
- Experience in K8s - both operational and development.
- Experience in Cloud Native / distributed application architectures based on K8s.
- DevOPS skills (Network, Security, CI/CD, etc), GCP preferred.
- Databases knowledge - MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Performance and functional testing experience - nice to have.
Soft skills required:
- Good communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Experience working in high pressure context, limited in resources.
- Experience supporting customers.
