As a Fullstack Engineer at Lalamove, you'll be part of the growing driver web team to help grow the business across the world!
What you will do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, designers, and product managers to build seamless user experiences enhanced by AI capabilities
- Develop and enhance Lalamove web products, covering high traffic user facing web application and CRM projects for supporting efficient business work flow.
- Design and build front-end web applications using ReactJS, Redux & Vue.js
- Design and build features in backend microservices(Node.js, Java)
- Build and maintain robust testing frameworks and monitoring solutions to ensure reliability and performance
- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor team members to elevate our engineering practices
- Continuously explore emerging AI technologies and frameworks to identify opportunities for innovation
What we seek:
- 2+ years of full-stack development experience with demonstrated expertise in both frontend (React, Vue.js) and backend (Node.js, Java) technologies
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (including deployment, testing, debugging & monitoring)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset for tackling complex technical challenges
- Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently under tight deadline and willing to work under pressure
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies in the rapidly evolving AI landscape
- Detail-oriented approach with strong focus on code quality, performance optimization, and user experience
- Experience with Scrum is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Good communication of written and spoken English
- Immediately available preferred
- More experienced candidates will be considered for the position of Senior Software Engineer
