About the role
As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable solutions for our partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions that enhance our business operations.
What You Will Do in This Role
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and other developers to understand requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement solutions that align with industry best practices and standards.
- Develop efficient and scalable code for both front-end and back-end components of applications.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues, and provide timely support for production systems.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and mentor junior developers as needed.
- Experience with GitHub. CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong time management, project management, organizational and team collaboration skills
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role
- Engineering graduate or postgraduate in computer science, with 4 to 7 years of experience in Web development
- Experience in building web APIs
- Strong Understanding of Javascript, HTML, CSS & Front end Development principles
- Experience in Front-end frameworks using- Angular /React/Vue
- Proficiency in RDBMS like MySQL & NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Proficiency in NodeJS
- Experience in optimizing web page load times
- Experience in Unit Testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Jasmine.
- Knowledge in unit testing, code review, and CI/CD tools using Jenkins or Team City
- Experience with Version control systems preferably Git.
- Preferred experience in End to End testing frameworks such as Cypress & Selenium
- Familiarity with the agile software development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to be an excellent team player
- Ability to work independently & manage multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment.
