As a Staff Engineer, you will serve as a senior individual contributor, expected to independently architect and develop sophisticated software systems while guiding technical choices, mentoring peers, and championing engineering excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Engineering
Design, develop, and implement scalable full-stack applications using Python, ReactJS, FastAPI, Flask, Django, TypeScript, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Translate functional and nonfunctional business requirements into secure, high-performance software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to engineering best practices and coding standards.
Contribute to improvements in application performance, scalability, and maintainability across the technology stack.
Design and develop scalable software components, APIs, and backend services.
Create technical design documentation and collaborate with engineering teams on architecture decisions.
Enhance existing applications by modernizing legacy systems and implementing scalable architectural patterns.
Participate in technical design reviews and recommend improvements to performance and reliability.
