Are you ready to shape the future of logistics at Europe's leading online fashion platform? At Zalando, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer to extend our existing transport network. 

You’ll play a critical role in optimising transports from suppliers to our warehouses, directly influencing the performance and cost-effectiveness of our entire transport domain.

• You will design and implement scalable transport solutions that connect our suppliers with our warehouses efficiently.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improve existing systems.

• You will ensure high performance and stability of our transport network through continuous monitoring and optimization.

• You will mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…

• You have proven experience in building large-scale, distributed systems.

• You are proficient in programming languages such as Java or Kotlin.

• You possess familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.

• You have a proactive and problem-solving mindset, with excellent communication skills.

• You own a commitment to quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
