Finance Solution Team
The Finance Solutions team is a growing team that builds and owns products supporting the company's financial processes for internal users, customers (advertisers), and partners (publishers). Our core mission is to make finance operations simpler, more efficient, accurate, and trustworthy by continuously identifying and resolving pain points through automation, system integrations, and the use of AI.
What will you do?
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Finance Solutions team, you will take full ownership of a project lifecycle, from analyzing requirements, designing a solution, building, deploying and providing long-term support. Your contributions will directly impact the daily operations of dozens of internal users and thousands of external customers and partners. Success in this role requires a strong sense of ownership, commitment to delivering results, creativity in problem-solving, collaboration, and agility.
We are looking for a motivated engineer who will be interested and ready to step into a team lead role in the near future based on performance and departmental growth.
Your mission will be to:
- Design, build, and ship finance-related features across our complex and diverse ecosystem.
This includes backend/data-oriented features, UI development, and building data pipelines, reports, and dashboards. - Develop solutions that involve integrating with various CRM and ERP systems.
- Work closely with internal users to gather feedback, increase solution adoption, and provide long-term operational support.
- Champion software quality through robust testing and mentor junior engineers by sharing best practices and code review.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse, international team split between France and Israel.
- Operate within an Agile environment that promotes sustainable processes, open communication, and regular virtual socials to maintain team connection.
What will you bring to the team?
- A proven track record of designing, shipping, and maintaining features in complex production environments, ideally within finance, billing, or customer management domains.
- Experience as a full-stack engineer, proficient in Java and/or Scala, SQL, React and Node.js.
- Experience in designing and building data models and data pipelines, along with comfort using analytics and visualization tools.
- Expertise in integration with CRM and/or ERP systems, including integration techniques such as ETLs, event-driven architecture, and workflow orchestration.
- A commitment to writing high-quality, well-tested code and a passion for continuous improvement. You should be comfortable influencing architectural decisions and sharing knowledge.
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). You enjoy working with cross-functional teams and learning from diverse profiles.
- A growth mindset, with an eagerness to learn new technologies and share knowledge with the team.
Bonus points for
- Experience in the Ad-Tech industry.
- Experience with Google data products, specifically BigQuery and Looker.
- Experience with AWS.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems such as Netsuite, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics-365.
