About the Marketing Technology
We are seeking Junior DevOps Engineers to join our Marketing Technology team. If you have prior experience as a Junior DevOps Engineer or are a Software Engineer passionate about building resilient and scalable systems on the public cloud, we encourage you to apply.
As a member of the Marketing Technology team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a web-based content delivery platform. You will play a role in defining how our teams build, deploy, and operate their cloud-based content delivery services, which handle millions of requests per minute and serve millions of users worldwide.
Our team is partnering with product, content, security, localisation and engineering teams to deliver a resilient, secure, and scalable website content delivery platform. This involves providing infrastructure, observability tooling, knowledge, and support, including developing internal tooling and educating teams on its usage, implementing a standardized approach for continuous delivery and architecting cloud-native solutions.
What you will be responsible for
- Implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable web-based infrastructure on AWS
- Developing and managing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Building infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Building internal content delivery tooling used by other development teams
- Adapting engineering standards and best practices
- Supporting software delivery and infrastructure reliability
What we are looking for

Must-Have
- Engineering background and strong interest in building and operating secure, scalable and reliable distributed systems.
- Foundations of public cloud, (AWS or other cloud)
- Experience in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Go, Python)
- Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tooling, e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK.
- Ability to communicate effectively through clear and concise documentation.
- Knowledge about agile development practices.
Preferred
- Experience with public clouds, especially AWS
- Proven experience with setting up CI/CD pipelines using tools such as CircleCI, or GitHub
