We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer-Developer Relations to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our engineering team and the developer community, advocating for our products and fostering strong relationships with external developers.

• Develop and maintain sample applications, SDKs, and integration libraries to showcase our products' capabilities
• Create high-quality technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, and API documentation
• Represent the company at developer conferences, meetups, and other events, delivering technical presentations and workshops
• Collaborate with product teams to gather and communicate developer feedback, influencing product roadmaps
• Engage with the developer community through various channels, including forums, social media, and GitHub
• Analyze developer needs and usage patterns to improve developer experience and adoption of our products
• Contribute to open-source projects and support the broader developer ecosystem
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create developer-focused content and strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in developer relations or a similar role
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Extensive experience with API development and documentation
• Proficiency in creating technical content, including blogs, tutorials, and demos
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with developer tools, platforms, and modern software development practices
• Knowledge of open-source software and experience contributing to open-source communities
• Understanding of cloud computing, DevOps, and containerization technologies
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel for conferences and developer events (when safe to do so)
