Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects

Facilitate alignment and clarity across the team on goals, outcomes and timelines

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
-
5 years of experience in software development
-
3 years of experience with design and architecture
-
Engage in the full software development lifecycle from design to production
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
-
Proven ability to mentor other engineers
-
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications:

3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction

3 years of experience working in a complex organization involving cross-functional projects

Experience using Java/Spring
-
Experience developing microservices
-
Experience using Kafka
