What You Will Get To Do:

• You will be working in a high-priority, results-driven culture requiring a keen sense of technical aptitude (C++, MVC)
• Work closely with the technical leadership team, architects and scrum team members to produce scalable, reliable and secure solutions.
• Analyze, design and execute application architecture to meet defined technical and business requirements.
• Provide ideas for improving the products through an understanding of the business model and market
• Focus on the applications and middleware services that are vital to the business
• Create and support documentation
• Provide 4th tier problem management process technical support (ITIL V3 Process).
• Participate in the preparation of project plans applying Scrum/Agile methodology

What You Will Bring:

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited educational institution
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a C++ environment
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Experience with source code management systems (e.g. git, SVN)
• Ability to work effectively inside a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Strong experience and proficiency in designing and developing real-time business applications
• Exposure to enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and SharePoint
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes, Agile methodologies (SCRUM), and Release/Change Management practices
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and automation concepts, with a keen interest in improving engineering efficiency

Salary Range: $90,000 - 130,000
