Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for a SaaS-based platform.
- Work with Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Elastic Search to build high-performance applications. Develop high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Elastic Search.
- Optimize applications for high scalability and performance.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment. Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system architecture and drive innovation.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch.
- Prior experience working in a product-based company.
- Must have experience working on a SaaS-based platform. Proven experience in building and maintaining SaaS-based platforms.
- Strong algorithmic and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of algorithmic problem-solving, system architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience dealing with high-scale data and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, and system scalability.
- Passion for learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with others.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, milestone-driven development environment.
