We are looking for software engineers excited by the opportunity to improve health care in far-reaching ways. 

In this position, you will have an opportunity to build automated, scalable solutions to enable faster, flexible and secure ETL pipelines across multiple data sources. This opportunity also requires working with internal users to understand their use cases and requirements. 

We are seeking software engineers who:

  • Have proven experience building reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions using modern cloud-based paradigms
  • Are quick learners who can iterate on and evolve distributed software solutions while carefully balancing privacy, security, and reliability requirements with a changing product landscape
  • Have knowledge of and experience designing and working with distributed systems, data pipelines, and APIs
  • Can guide workstreams, mentor and inspire junior developers, and cultivate a positive work environment
  • Adhere to Truveta principles in support of ethical innovation
  • Are committed to ongoing training on key topics such as privacy, ethics, and security

Key Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience building production quality software in a team setting; experience working as part of distributed teams is a plus 
  • Experience building cloud services or data programming languages like Java, Python, or C# 
  • Experience building and supporting cross-platform across multiple-tenants. 
  • 2+ years of experience working on modern cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); InfOps or DevOps experience a plus 
  • S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field 
  • Prior work with Kubernetes is a plus.

  • The base pay for this position is $155,000 to $190,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
