About the Role
We are seeking bright and extraordinary AI/ML engineers to join our technology team at Arcesium. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building next-generation AI/ML solutions for products used by some of the most sophisticated alternative asset managers. You will also be responsible for architecting solutions to support new technical and business initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Design, development, integration, and testing of AI/ML components for our products
- Build highly scalable, available, and extensible solutions to handle multi agentic AI systems
- Develop and own product features from concept to implementation
- Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and end users to integrate AI/ML components into fully functional systems
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using microservices architecture
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive innovation
What You'll Need
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer science engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of software development experience with proficiency in Python programming
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Strong knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services), especially AWS Lambda functions
- Expertise in writing and maintaining unit tests using pytest
- Proficiency with Git and Git-based CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Good To have
- Experience with Apache Spark for big data processing
- Knowledge or coursework in AI/ML techniques and algorithms
- Experience in data processing and analytics
