Overview
We are requesting a new senior-level position to support the expansion of the RCM Common Data Platform, with a strong focus on AI-driven agentic workflows. The role is vital to scaling platform capabilities, supporting new product/enhancement work, re-platforming initiatives, and strengthening cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, and AI-enabled data processes.

Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.
These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Senior DevOps/ Platform/AI ML Engineer within a cross-functional engineering team
- Support data ingestion, transformation, and automation within Azure Databricks
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for Terraform deployments, Azure resource provisioning, and application workflows
- Develop, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub Actions
- Implement and monitor secure configurations, resolve vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance across cloud and on-prem environments
- Manage and enhance networking including VNet peering, DNS, Front Door, load balancers, and firewall configurations
- Build and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Airflow, Terraform, and Spark
- Implement Identity and Access Management, security controls, and cloud governance
- Integrate AI/ML pipelines and enable AI-driven automation across the SDLC
- Support platform modernization, re-platforming, and enhancement initiatives
- Analyzes and investigates
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
