We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer who will operate as an individual contributor while demonstrating leadership capabilities in driving AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and deploying solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience with Dialogflow CX and/or Google GECX, Vertex AI, Python, LLMs, Agentic AI systems, and Google's AI Development Kit (ADK) is essential. A solid GitHub presence showcasing real-world projects is highly valued. Knowledge in LiveKit platform is valued.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy ML/DL models using Vertex AI, Python, and GCP-native tools
- Build and optimize conversational AI agents using Dialogflow CX, integrating with APIs and backend systems
- Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for various NLP tasks, including summarization, classification, and question answering
- Implement Agentic AI systems that can autonomously plan, reason, and execute tasks using LLMs and orchestration frameworks
- Leverage Google ADK to build, test, and deploy scalable AI applications aligned with GCP best practices
- Integrate and experiment with Agentic AI frameworks to enhance autonomous decision-making and task execution capabilities
- Lead by example in technical design, code quality, and solution architecture, mentoring junior engineers informally
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
- Maintain and showcase code and projects on GitHub, ensuring reproducibility and collaboration
- Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate based on feedback and metrics
- Automate ML workflows using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps best practices
