About the Role

We are seeking an experienced C# Developer with 5+ years of experience is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robust, scalable software applications using C# and the .NET framework. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET / .NET Core

· Implement business logic, backend services, and system integrations

· Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services

· Work extensively with database as SQL Server

· Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code

· Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization

· Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required

· Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams

· Support application deployment, production releases, and issue resolution

· Create and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

· Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles

· Proven experience in developing web applications, APIs, and backend services

· Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL

· Experience working with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.)

· Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

· Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

· Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments

Must-Have Skills:

· Strong proficiency in C# and .NET / .NET Core

· Strong experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs

· Proficiency in SQL and working with relational database (SQL Server)

· Experience with Entity Framework

· Knowledge of application architecture and design patterns

· Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications

· Working knowledge of Kubernetes for application deployment, scaling, and management

· Experience with version control systems such as Git

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

· Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills

· Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Nice-to-Have Skills:

· Exposure to cloud-based testing environments and DevOps integration.

· Exposure to financial instruments or experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain.

· Knowledge of performance and security testing practices.
