Perform hedge fund accounting and financial reporting, including NAV and GAV calculations, fee calculations, cash and position reconciliations, subscriptions and redemptions, invoices, SSI setups, SWIFT payments, bank balance reviews, tax withholding statements, regulatory reporting, and quality controls. Collaborate with investment managers, fund administrators, clients, vendors, and technology teams on process automation and testing.

Manage and grow a portfolio of complex institutional client relationships in alternative investments. Develop account plans, identify expansion opportunities, monitor satisfaction, resolve issues, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams across platform management, investment solutions, operations, treasury, accounting, and reporting to deliver strong client outcomes. Balance client needs, internal resources, commercial opportunities, and strategic priorities while serving as a trusted advisor.

Reviews NAV calculations, management and incentive fees, expense ratios, fund budgets, valuation policies, and US GAAP financial statements for alternative investment funds. Coordinates fund audits, onboarding, documentation, service providers, and escalated stakeholder inquiries. Supports process improvements, proprietary tool development, and fund accounting operations while monitoring service-level agreements and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Support platform operations for dedicated managed accounts: monitor cash and margin, manage OTC collateral and settlements, perform position reconciliations and break resolution, instruct and approve cash movements, participate in platform launches/liquidations, collaborate on enhancements, and provide guidance to team members while liaising with asset managers, counterparties, and administrators.

Perform OTC collateral management and settlement, reconcile positions, investigate and resolve breaks with counterparties and fund stakeholders, support new platform and fund launches, maintain documentation and processes, assist colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. The role requires financial markets knowledge, experience in operations or middle-office functions, reconciliation expertise, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.

Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and manage full-cycle recruiting for global technology and business roles. Develop data-driven sourcing strategies, run screening interviews and assessments, coordinate offers and background/verifications, analyze hiring metrics, and contribute to broader Talent & Culture initiatives while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
