About the role  

We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Support member to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will work with a team of support members & developers and drive the daily deliverables for the client users. You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for client / user issues on the web portal and related applications. The ideal candidate will have a technical background with strong debugging skills & good communication skills. Should be a good team player and ability to work closely with the team members of support, business and developers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with a team of production support & software developers in handling user queries.
• Monitor the client reports delivery scheduler batch process and provide minor fixes or escalate issues
• Be the first point of contact for all user queries and reported issues and work with different teams to resolve the issues
• Should be open to write small scripts/programs to automate some minor repeatable support related tasks
• Should have the ability to read the source code and debug and identify issues. Should be good with log analysis along with code while debugging production issues.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and non-production environments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and DevOps professionals.

Primary Qualification & Skills 

• Experience should be between 3-7 years
• Should have good knowledge in writing Stored procedure, Views, Functions & Dynamic queries
• Good exposure on large size database (more than 5 TB) with high concurrency
• Experience in Error handling, Debugging, error logging for production support in.
• Attend Client calls, understand business requirement, and provide solution.
• Knowledge in Finance Instruments will be beneficial

Must Have Skills:

• Technologies required: ASP.Net, C#, MVC, LINQ, WebAPI, MS SQL Server.
• Additional skills: Git, IIS, RabbitMQ, Redis
• Knowledge in Azure migration / deployment.
• Knowledge in DevOps Integration.

Nice to Have Skill Set:

• Finance background
• Worked with financial institute of BFSI

Education:

• B.tech/ M.tech/ Bsc/Msc Computer Science from a reputed institute
• Certification in any ASP.Net, C#, MVC, LINQ, WebAPI, MS SQL Server.
