The Division:

TUNE is a leading partner marketing software company and part of the Affiliate Marketing Group within Constellation Software Inc. (CSI). The company provides a flexible, customizable SaaS platform that enables advertisers, agencies, and affiliate networks to manage, measure, and grow their marketing partnerships. TUNE's platform supports partner program management, tracking, automation, reporting, and payments. 
 
Job Summary 
Looking for a Senior Software Developer with focus towards problem-solving and communication skills. 
 
Key Responsibilities 

• Analyze complex problems and propose efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions 

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks 

• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions 

• Software support and maintenance, participating in an on-call rotation 

• Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making 

• Providing constructive feedback during design review or code review 

• Providing thoughtful estimates of effort 

• Asking questions to define requirements and align on approaches 

• Articulating multiple solutions and their trade-offs 

• Advocating opinions and respectfully voicing disagreements 

• Understanding how to test and measure your solutions 

 
 
Required Qualifications 

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development 

• Strong proficiency in PHP, JS and Python 

• Experience with Golang would be a plus 

• Strong proficiency in MySQL 

• Experience with web services, APIs, and database design 

• Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms 

• Proven ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions 

• Excellent communication skills 

 
 
Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with AI development tools like Claude Code or Cursor 

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) 

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems 

• Exposure to microservices architecture and scalable system design 

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments
