WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Support day-to-day social media management, with a focus on YouTube and LinkedIn

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Experience managing or growing a YouTube channel, with a solid understanding of analytics and optimisation
Proven experience creating video-first social content (in-house or agency)
- Editing skills using tools like CapCut or Canva; familiarity with After Effects is a plus.
Experience creating both short-form (15–60 seconds) and longer-form video (2–5+ minutes)
A strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
Confident writing for social - clear, concise, and platform-native
Comfortable filming content (mobile-first and basic production setups)
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams
The role is remote-based, with an expectation of travel for key industry events.
