As the leading telehealth platform offering specialized primary and perimenopause/ menopause care, we are seeking a talented, driven Senior Manager, Social to lead our social media strategy at Midi.

  • Measure, analyze, and evangelize the impact of social media programs
  • Own the development and execution of social content that fuels word-of-mouth and deepens brand love
  • Manage a community manager to help fuel engagement and partnerships

The Senior Social Media Manager will report to our Chief Marketing Officer, and work very closely with growth, brand, and design teams along with other cross-functional teams. To thrive in this role, you must be both creative and data-driven, with excellent strategic, technical, and analytical skills. A passion for women’s health will make this role continually satisfying.

  • Customer Engagement: Build relationships with our patients and potential customers
  • Sales & Revenue: Social allows us to aquire new customers and generate leads for the business
  • Feedback and Market insights- social will allow us to understand what our user base needs 

What you will need to succeed: 🌱

  • Deep understanding of the social media and digital landscape, content and media trends, platform best practices, paid media, and online consumer behavior.
  • Proven success in managing and growing multiple social media accounts for a variety of consumer brands.
  • Building a social media presence from the ground up

  • Women's heath experience 
  • Experience at a brand which targets a similar audience- women's beauty products, health, etc.
