Design, build, and own end-to-end unit-economics frameworks linking acquisition, multi-product lifecycles, reimbursement, and costs. Develop LTV/reimbursement models, attribution and pricing experiments, causal uplift models for churn interventions, and Monte Carlo simulations to stress-test business scenarios. Partner with finance, marketing, and operations and deploy production-grade models influencing strategic decisions.

Build and deploy LLM-powered features for clinical, patient, and operational workflows. Responsibilities include prompt design, retrieval, tool use, agent orchestration, evaluation harnesses, feedback loops, production operations, and AI engineering tooling. Partner with clinical, product, and safety stakeholders to ensure responsible healthcare-grade AI. Mentor teammates, communicate model behavior clearly, and stay current with emerging AI research and development practices.

Leads AI engineering strategy across clinical, patient, and operational products. Designs and operates production retrieval, orchestration, agentic, and evaluation systems, establishing standards for AI safety, observability, responsible deployment, and reliability. Partners with clinical, product, and executive leaders on the AI roadmap, mentors engineers, evaluates emerging models and tools, and codes regularly in Python.

Build and own full-stack features across patient, clinician, and operational healthcare products. Responsibilities include architecture, scalable coding, testing, CI/CD, code review, technical discussions, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring. The role requires daily use of AI coding tools and ownership of projects from ideation through rollout. Experience with healthcare, EHR integrations, regulated domains, or consumer startups is beneficial.

Own national employer sales for Midi Health, driving pipeline, executive relationships, complex sales cycles, contracting, and revenue growth. Build relationships with employers, brokers, consultants, and health plans while managing forecasting and CRM hygiene in HubSpot. Develop consultative sales strategies, close employer healthcare benefits deals, and contribute market insights to improve the employer sales playbook.

Analyze and optimize a two-sided healthcare marketplace through health metrics, root-cause analysis, cohort modeling, dashboards, and decision-support analytics. Partner with Demand, Supply, Operations, Product, Data Engineering, and Data Science leaders to guide capacity planning, provider onboarding, market expansion, and operational strategy. Build scalable analytics models and reporting infrastructure while translating complex data into executive recommendations.

Own analytics for the clinician lifecycle, from recruiting and credentialing through performance, quality, retention, and business impact. Build operational scorecards, predictive retention models, licensing dashboards, and transcript-based empathy scoring frameworks using SQL, Python, BI tools, NLP, and LLMs. Partner with clinical, quality, operations, talent, product, and executive stakeholders to connect clinician behaviors and outcomes with patient retention, NPS, compensation, training, and workflows.

Lead Midi Health’s commercial sales organization across payer and employer sales, alliances, client success, and sales operations. Own commercial strategy, revenue growth, retention, forecasting, pipeline rigor, and team development. Build scalable go-to-market capabilities, manage complex enterprise partnerships, engage senior healthcare stakeholders, and report performance to executive leadership and the board.
