As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing the performance of our Health System and Employer sales team. You will be responsible for sales analytics and reporting, sales process optimization, sales forecasting and planning, sales enablement, and CRM management. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales operations or marketing, strong analytical and data skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and HubSpot CRM.
