Launched in 2020, MedTech World connects startups, investors, service providers, and thought leaders in the Medical and HealthTech space. Today, we operate globally, running four summits across four continents every year. We’re looking for creative, hands-on professionals to join us and help grow our global presence through engaging social media content.

The Role

The Senior Social Media Manager is a hands-on role responsible for planning, creating, and managing MedTech World’s social media presence across all channels. You’ll take ownership of social media campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring content is on-brand, engaging, and performance-driven.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, manage, and execute social media calendars and campaigns across platforms
• Ideate, create, and adapt content, including copy, reels, carousels, and stories
• Ensure all content is consistent in tone, quality, and messaging
• Monitor social media performance and optimize campaigns for engagement and reach
• Manage channels end-to-end with minimal supervision, including publishing, community interaction, and reporting
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and creative teams to align content with campaigns and events
• Stay up-to-date with trends, platform changes, and emerging content formats
• Support ad-hoc social media needs as directed by the Head of Marketing

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong content creation skills — able to produce copy, graphics, and video content
• Strategic mindset with strong planning and execution abilities
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to take full ownership of social media channels
