Responsibilities
- Execute creative security solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions and resolve technical problems.
- Conduct threat models and security architecture reviews to reduce security risks.
- Support and maintain cybersecurity controls and operational security.
- Advance company security-related systems and controls (e.g., SIEM, DLP, vulnerability scanners, etc.).
- Build and manage the onboarding of new security tools into the SIEM.
- Actively participate in and support company security-driven projects and initiatives.
- Work directly with system owners to implement security controls and configure security tools to meet a variety of requirements.
- Conduct hardening and implement security enhancements within cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Event Handlers, and Runbooks.
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills with a results-driven and proactive mindset.
- Effective presentation and leadership abilities.
- Proven ability to perform well under pressure and in high - stress situations.
- Capable of handling tasks with minimal information or guidance.
- Solid knowledge of Cloud and microservices architecture
- Solid knowledge of Network principles and design
- ITIL knowledge is a plus
