The Role
This person not only operates Snowflake securely and efficiently but also collaborates actively with peers, enabling productivity while ensuring data handling adheres to privacy policies and governance standards.
What You'll Do
- Design and maintain RBAC architecture across environments
- Automate role provisioning and audits (Terraform, custom scripts)
- Configure warehouse sizing, auto-suspend/resume, multi-cluster
- Set up and monitor resource monitors to control runaway costs
- Apply and enforce PII tagging and masking policies
- Track access patterns using ACCESS_HISTORY and OBJECT_DEPENDENCIES
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in a software company or a platform team
- 3+ years experience working with Snowflake
- Plus: Python | DBT | Airflow knowledge
