Position Summary
Sr site Manager responsible for managing large complex projects within Vanderlande
Management
- Lead, manage on-site installation team on large and complex projects acc. C05 process
- Draw up the project “installation” project plan containing objectives, organization, planning and costs calculations in consultation with Project manager
- Monitor and manage quality, time, costs and provision of information
- Identify and analyze (potential) problems / risks and opportunities and initiates adequate corrective and preventive actions
- Manage the interaction of site work with all stake holders
- Recognize and report opportunities
- Advise and manage the contracts of all subcontractors and suppliers
- Develops and implements new methods/techniques, tools and practices
- Proper reporting to customer, PM and head office
- Coach lower-level site managers and supervisors
- Entering new or running projects in all stages
Job requirements
- Knowledge of Vanderlande equipment and systems
- Safety awareness for the assigned scope
- Knowledge of all necessary software

- 3-7 years in the MHE industry managing site-based construction
Preferred Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree in technical field
- Material handling system experience
- Logistical management experience
