Position Summary

Sr site Manager responsible for managing large complex projects within Vanderlande

Management

  • Lead, manage on-site installation team on large and complex projects acc. C05 process
  • Draw up the project “installation” project plan containing objectives, organization, planning and costs calculations in consultation with Project manager
  • Monitor and manage quality, time, costs and provision of information
  • Identify and analyze (potential) problems / risks and opportunities and initiates adequate corrective and preventive actions
  • Manage the interaction of site work with all stake holders
  • Recognize and report opportunities
  • Advise and manage the contracts of all subcontractors and suppliers
  • Develops and implements new methods/techniques, tools and practices
  • Proper reporting to customer, PM and head office
  • Coach lower-level site managers and supervisors
  • Entering new or running projects in all stages

Job requirements

  • Knowledge of Vanderlande equipment and systems
  • Safety awareness for the assigned scope

  • 3-7 years in the MHE industry managing site-based construction
