Position/职位： Senior SHE Controller
Workplace/工作地点：China -Shanghai
Main responsibilities/工作职责：
1. Field audit and SHE corrective actions follow up, ensure local legal compliance and global SHE requirements.
2. HCAS management: Inspection, training, corrective actions. Work closely with equipment team to ensure compliance with HACS standards.
3. Contractor SHE management
4. Sales SHE activity management: JSA/JHA management, 6S project, annual online EHS training trace and Crisis Management Drill Scenario management. and Occupational Health Examination for sales associates. Sales near miss report analysis and follow up.
5. Promote safety culture. Organize Monthly Sales SHE Community Meeting, safety week activities. Safety Alert and Safety Stand Down management. Sales Critical Standards Management and training.
Job requirements/任职要求：
1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Safety Engineering is a mandatory requirement;
2. Require over 15 years of EHS management experience in the chemical industry;
3. Certified Safety Engineer certificate (Chemical Safety specialization) is a mandatory requirement;
4. Require fluency in both spoken and written English;
5. Ability to adapt to frequent business travel.
