Hledáme člověka do našeho QA týmu! Děláme na komplexním ekosystému, který spojuje zákazníky po celém světě se zákaznickou péčí a umožňujeme jim tam řešit jejich problémy skrze jakýkoli digitální kanál (Whatsapp, FB, IG, Twitter, Line, atd.) Jsme pořád start-upem s korporátem, co nám kryje záda. V ČR je nás 50 rozdělených do několika agilních týmů, po světě 7K. Naše týmy jsou self-organised. Budeme rádi, když i ty sám/a to oceníš.
Co očekáváme:
- Zkušenosti 3 roky na pozici automation engineer (alespoň 1 rok v Javascriptu)
- Zkušenosti alespoň 1 rok testovaní API / Backend
- Znalost práce s pipeline
- Schopnost pracovat samostatně, řešit problémy a dodržovat termínu.
- Agilní myšlení a zkušenosti z agilního, dynamického prostředí

- Psaní testů v Playwright zvláště v oblasti backendového testování (vyzkoušíme si na pohovoru)

- Manuální testování 4x v roce v rámci regresních testů, dle připravených scénářů
- Zábava a denní komunikace jak v češtině, tak v angličtině, so you need to be able to switch to English any time.

So, what’s the role all about?
We are looking for an experienced QA engineer to join our QA team! We are working on a comprehensive ecosystem that connects customers around the world with customer care, and allows them to solve their problems through any digital channel (Whatsapp, FB, IG, Twitter, Line, etc.) We are still a start-up with a corporation that has our backs. In the Czech Republic, there are 50 of us divided into several agile teams, that on top of additional 7K colleagues around the world. Our teams are self-organised and we will be happy if you appreciate it yourself.
How will you make an impact?
- Writing tests in Playwright, especially in the area of backend testing (we will try it at the interview)
- Integrate automated checks to other environments
- Consultation with developers on the technical condition of the application
- Manual testing 4 times a year as part of regression tests, according to prepared scenarios
- Entertainment and daily communication in both Czech and English, so you need to be able to switch to English any time.
Have you got what it takes?
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a test automation engineer (at least 1 year in Javascript)
- Experience of at least 1 year of API/Backend testing
- Knowledge of working with pipeline
- Self-organized / Ability to work independently, investigate issues and deliver within deadline.
- Agile mindset and experience in agile, dynamic environment
