Provide actionable insights to improve learner engagement and operational efficiency. Automate recurring reports and administrative processes wherever possible.
  • Content and digital learning enablement: Partner with content developers to publish and maintain self-paced learning content. Support SCORM/xAPI and other digital learning standards as applicable. Ensure content is correctly configured, tested, and production-ready within the LMS.
  • Continuous improvement and innovation: Identify opportunities to automate and simplify LMS processes. Explore AI and emerging learning technologies to improve learner experience and operational efficiency. Establish and maintain LMS administration standards, processes, and documentation.

Have you got what it takes?
