Job DescriptionIndependently perform analyses and implement data, software, or technology solutions to deliver precise, reliable, and reproducible products in a timely manner, under the direction of a more senior leader. Demonstrate technical precision and strong analytical skills. Possess good understanding of software development and technology infrastructure (including servers, storage, network connectivity, and virtualization/cloud environments), and general understanding of data integration and warehousing, and data analysis and visualization tools. Technology Engineers will be aligned to a specific area: Information, Software, Data, or Infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine tasks competently and independently and generate reliable and consistent results.
- Analyze and critique results, noting significant variances or deviations from ServiceNow best practices
- Troubleshoot workflows, access, portal, and reporting issues.
- Demonstrate skill in multiple techniques and appropriately modify protocols, as required, to suit the changing needs of our HR business.
- Understand business gaps and propose technical solutions
- Demo new ServiceNow functionalities to stakeholders
- Support HR Acuity case management application
- Produces and maintains required technical documentation associated with deliverables.
- Participating in requirement gathering for new ServiceNow HR requests
- Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 6 years of related experience; or Master's Degree plus 5 years; or PhD with 0 year of experience.
- Experience configuration and/or development experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
- Experience working in an Agile Framework strongly preferred.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out job functions.
